President

Jorge Peña is a licensed architect in 5 states and 2 countries, and a General Contractor. He is a native of Monterrey, Mexico where contemporary architecture is the norm in custom homes.

He works directly with our clients during the design and construction of your unique home, along with value-engineering to control costs at every step of the process.

Blanca Garza

Business Development Manager

Blanca Garza is the business development manager, an auditor by profession with a unique ability for interior decoration.

She implements a quality control system (QMS) in every project we undertake, and works with our clients to assist in the selection of all finishes including, colors, fixtures, furniture, etc.

We schedule and report daily to our clients to keep them informed in every step of the way.

Architecture

We are licensed Architects and will assist you from site selection through all the design phases, using the latest 3-D virtual modeling to show you the design in renderings, video, and Virtual Reality.

We prepare construction drawings and documents for permits, financing companies, and execution of the contract.

Interior Decorating

We have in-house interior decorating capabilities to assist you in selecting all interior finishes, colors, furnishings, etc.
